1) Excel (.xlsx) file must contain anyone of the following column names
for its issue description:
SE Observation, Issue Name, Summary, Issuename, Customer Complaint, Issue Details, Part A Part B, Issue Parameters, Issue Scenarios
2) All column headers must be present only in the 2nd row of the sheet. Multi row headers are not supported.
